TERMS OF SERVICE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL JEWELRY AND CUSTOM ORDERS
I craft all orders by hand myself and the quality and integrity are intentional and is not compromised with every order.
ORDER PROCESSING
1. Before production is started, we require the balance to be paid in full. As soon as we receive payment, your order is automatically added to the order queue for processing. Order processing on average is 3 - 6 weeks MINIMUM.
2. Rush Orders Request will be an additional 50% charge of order total.
NOTE:: Production time is based on current workload and the quality of craftsmanship it takes to create your wearable art. If additional materials have to be ordered, this will effect the production time as well.
SHIPPING
If shipping is required, based on the weight of the order, insurance coverage, and any other additional fees, the starting prices are:
Standard shipping -$15
Priority shipping-$20
Next Day - $50
DELIVERY
If you require for me to deliver it to you, it will be $20 delivery fee for addresses within the perimeter and $25 for addresses outside the perimeter.
If residence is too far outside perimeter, I will ship your order upon your selection of shipping method.
PICK-UP
Clients who are in Atlanta have the option of picking up their order instead of having it shipped. Orders must be PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SUBMITTING PICKUP REQUEST. PICK UP ADDRESS IS A PRIVATE LOCATION & WILL BE GIVEN UPON COMPLETION OF PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION. Once the date and time is scheduled, Client MUST adhere to agreed time and location. If Client is running late, Client is responsible for communicating tardiness and if necessary make any arrangements to reschedule pickup date and time. After two failed attempts for pick up, Client is subjected to pay for shipping the order.
PICK-UP POLICY
1. All Clients Will be Notified the Day their Item is Ready for Pick Up. All Clients will be Required to Pick Up within 7 Business Days unless Shipping has been Pre Paid and Discussed with Gem Stone Drippin™ Team.
2. Any Items Not Retrieved at Gem Stone Drippin™ Longer than 7 business Days will become Lawful Property of Gem Stone Drippin, and is Subject to be Resold. There will be 3 Attempts to Arrange for Pick Up on Behalf of Gem Stone Drippin™ PRIOR to Reselling Merchandise. If Client Contacts Gem Stone Drippin™ after 7 business days and Item Has Not been Resold, there Will Be a 25% Surcharge of Total Cost to Pickup Item within 48 hours. At This Point, If Item is not Picked Up within the 48 hour Time Frame, Item Must Be Repurchased at CURRENT FULL PRICE.
3. Gem Stone Drippin™ will Ship any Client Items upon Client Request. If two attempts have been made on our behalf to arrange pickup and Client did not adhere to the agreed date and time, then the order will be Shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL Insured. Shipping & Handling Charges are the Client's Absolute Responsibility UNLESS Otherwise Discussed with a Member of Gem Stone Drippin™ Team. If at ANYTIME during this process Client request to have their order shipped, we will ship out the order using the above method in this paragraph.
4. All Clients will Inspect their Item and or Services Rendered. Upon Satisfaction Gem Stone Drippin™ WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BLEMISHES, MARKINGS, and or DEFECTIVE USE.
5. All Clients will SIGN and DATE Acknowledging Item Pick Up in Brand New or Satisfactory Condition Depending on Services Rendered. Gem Stone Drippin™ WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BLEMISHES, MARKINGS, and or DEFECTIVE USE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ALL OTHER ITEMS FOR PURCHASE
1. All Clients can pre order items that are out of stock by notifying Gem Stone Drippin™ Team with item description. All Clients must include with the description the quantity of item(s) requested.
2. If desired Quantity of Item(s) are either not enough, or unavailable to complete the pre order, Gem Stone Drippin™ will notify Customer of this. All Clients will have the option to order what is available, or cancel their order.
