Embark on a soulful expedition designed by Gem Stone Drippin, set within the transformative grounds of an Georgian Mine 1 hour south of Atlanta. This isn't just rock hounding—it's the canvas for your personal evolution, with me, B. Divine, as your guide, leading you to not only unearth gems but also discover hidden facets of yourself.
Please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing ticket:
**1. Meetup and Departure Details:**
All participants are required to meet at Kroger, 2685 Metropolitan Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30315 at 7:30 AM sharp on April 27th for pre-trip purchases and to get an accurate headcount. Please ensure punctuality to facilitate a timely departure.
**2. Equipment and Safety Gear:**
A list of necessary tools and protective gear will be provided prior to the trip and is listed below. It is your responsibility to acquire these items, as they are essential for your safety and enjoyment during crystal mining.
Gear List (recommended by mine):
Pick Shovel and/or Shovel, Potato Rake, Hand held Rock/Sledge Hammer, Sledge Hammer (full body extended handle), Chisels, Rock/Pry Bar(optional), 5 Gallon Buckets, Gloves, Safety Glasses, wheel barrel/ Pull cart (optional)
Although the mine recommendeds acquiring all these items on the list, you can still mine with these items at minimum::
5 gallon bucket, Gloves, Shovel, Hand Held Rock/Sledge Hammer
(Limit one 5 gallon bucket of material per person and one yard rock per dig.)
Pro Note::
You can find these items at your local hardware stores. Preferably Home Depot or Lowes. Ace Hardware can be greatly over priced depending on location
A pull cart will GREATLY come in handy to transport your findings, however it's not necessary. You can still enjoy the experience with carring your findings in your 5 gallon bucket. You can make trips back and forth to your vehicle to off load your findings in your trunk space, or plastic bin/storage container if you have one your vehicle. Even if you don't, no worries. Cover the trunk space with towels or bed sheet if you like to help prevent the inside of your trunk becoming dirty and makes for a easier clean up.
**3. Transportation Responsibility:**
Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from Hoggs Mine. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition for travel, as we are not liable for transportation-related incidents.
**4. Age-Related Ticketing and Supervision:**
Individuals over the age of 16 are required to purchase a ticket for participation. Children aged 15 and below can attend free of charge but must be accompanied by a supervising adult aged 21 or over at all times during the trip.
**5. Mine Operating Hours:**
Be informed that the mine is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need to leave earlier, please notify the guide in advance.
**6. Release of Liability:**
By purchasing this ticket, you voluntarily and unequivocally relinquish the right to bring any form of legal action against the trip organizer and related parties, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss, or wrongful death that may occur during the crystal mining expedition, notwithstanding the cause.
**7. Acceptance of Risk:**
You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in crystal mining and outdoor activities. You assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and (if applicable) your children, and further release and discharge the trip organizer for injury, loss, or damage arising out of your or your family's use of or presence at Hoggs Mine, whether caused by you, the trip organizer, other participants, or third parties.
**8. Safety and Conduct:**
Participants must obey all instructions from the trip guide and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises. No refund will be given in this case.
**9. Health and Fitness:**
You affirm that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in this activity. If bringing children, you affirm they also meet these conditions.
**10. Agreement to Rules and Instructions:**
You agree to comply with all rules, warnings, and instructions provided by the trip organizer and Hoggs Mine staff.
**11. Refunds.**
There are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

This is to certify that you as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releasees, and for yourself, your heirs, assigns, and next of kin, you release and agree to indemnify the Releasees (Gem Stone Drippin and staff, and Hogg Mine and staff) from any and all liabilities incident to you and your minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above.
